Kenai Riverfront Resort Payment & Cancellation Policy
Our payment & cancellation policy is designed to protect our ability to generate and secure adequate business during our short visitor seasons, while at the same time protecting our guests in the event of last minute emergencies. Our cancellation policy does not offer the flexibility of a major hotel chain where you can cancel up to the last minute and avoid being charged for the space you had reserved, nor is it as restrictive as an airline offering non-refundable tickets. We appreciate your understanding of the limitations of operating a family based small business in Alaska's short visitor seasons.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund. Cancellations for lodging or RV campsites, specifically at Kenai Riverfront Resort, received within 30 days or less of arrival date, are not eligible for refund, but dates/times can be rescheduled based on availability with no penalty, for up to 2 years. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival for flightseeing, rail trips, cruises, fishing trips, lodging at other locations, rental RVs, sightseeing or other tours are non-refundable because we receive no refund from our sub contract vendors/providers and these types of reservations cannot be rebooked.
Payment in advance is required to secure a reservation. Pending reservations will be he held for 10 days pending payment.
